Can I exchange or return bulk purchases?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will work with you beforehand to get the correct colors and sizes for your party. This will minimize sizing issues once your order is placed. Exchanging for different sizes and colors is also possible. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds once a bulk order is shipped, but realize some circumstances may arise. So we are more than willing to work with you to resolve any of these instances.
